ABOUT TIN

Tin Baltazar Image

Hey there! I'm a UX/UI Designer who works to create experiences that are both effective and easy to use. I'm driven by the challenge of taking a complex problem and designing a solution that feels intuitive, uncomplicated and non-intimidating to all kinds of people. I also have a strong foundation in frontend development, so I understand the technical side of things and build designs that are functional as well as beautiful.

My Journey

My professional path didn't start in tech. It began in the Philippines, working in a variety of roles across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. In 2017, I uprooted my life and moved to New Zealand. That experience taught me more about resilience and adaptability than any job ever could.

My Why

Across all those past roles, a single common thread was listening to people and making sure their needs were met. Whether it was managing complex projects or providing customer service, I learned to see things from other people's perspectives. It's the same principle I apply to design today—I use my real-world experience to build digital products/solutions that just work for the people using them.
